Lee Camp, Part I: Freedom, Obedience, and Becoming Fully Alive
How do we know what God wants us to do with our lives? In this episode, Dr. Lee Camp discusses his ongoing journey of vocational discernment. He candidly describes the dissonance he felt throughout his life as he sought the path of obedience, and suggests that faithfulness may look more like freedom than we thought. He and Lily discuss what it means to be fully alive, giving glory to God by engaging in work that produces joy. Dr. Camp also reflects on how his work as a scholar, professor, entertainer, and podcast host for the No Small Endeavor show has shaped him.
